With extensive experience in mental health counseling, Kelsey recognized the necessity for accessible support services that focus on healing and personal growth. Through her vision, Renewing Hope LLC was established to provide a safe and nurturing environment where individuals can find the guidance and resources they need to lead fulfilling lives. FAQs

  • During your first session, the counselor will ask about your background, concerns, and goals. You’ll have a chance to talk about what’s bringing you to therapy and how we can work together to meet your needs. It’s an opportunity to decide if we’re the right fit for you.

  • Yes, all sessions are confidential, and we adhere to strict privacy guidelines. Your information will only be shared with others if you give explicit consent or if there’s a risk of harm to yourself or others. We will discuss confidentiality in more detail during your first session.

  • The length of services vary depending on your individual needs and goals. Some clients may benefit from a few sessions, while others may engage in longer-term therapy and/or case management. Together, we’ll set a plan that works best for you.

  • Therapy focuses on addressing emotional and mental health issues through counseling sessions, while case management provides practical support in accessing services such as housing, medical care, or community resources. If needed, our case managers also work to assist you in utilizing skills learned in therapy. Both services can complement each other to improve your overall well-being.

  • We ask that you provide us with at least a 24-hour notice in the event that you cannot attend your appointment in order to avoid a cancelation or no-show fee.
