Angela is passionate about working with adolescents during their transformational journey of self-exploration. She believes in empowering individuals to recognize their self-efficacy and embrace their authenticity. What she excels at in her practice includes demonstrating mutual respect and boundaries, and aiding her clients in generalizing and practicing counseling skills. Angela values the process of helping clients develop self-compassion and gain insights as they navigate their mental health journey towards independence.

In her free time, Angela enjoys reading, often juggling two books at once. She appreciates singing, relaxing in hammocks, and coloring, though she admits to having a dislike for hiking. Angela finds deep value in the healing power of human connection and strives to foster this in her work.
