Hanna Allen, CT
Hanna Allen holds an Associate's degree in Nutritional Science from North Shore Community College and a Bachelor’s degree in General Studies with a concentration in Public Health and Sociology from Youngstown State University. Currently, she is pursuing her graduate studies at Youngstown State University with an expected graduation date in December 2025.
As a clinical counseling intern, Hanna has worked experience assisting with emotional regulation, career exploration, anger management, time management, and trauma recovery. She is passionate about fostering resilience and empowering clients to achieve their goals. Hanna enjoys working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, with a particular focus on supporting children and adolescents through life transitions, as well as individuals grappling with trauma. She is also dedicated to assisting individuals navigating the complexities of parenthood, regardless of the stage they are in.
Hanna's therapeutic approach emphasizes active listening, cultivating a safe and nonjudgmental environment, and meeting clients where they are to develop tailored strategies that align with their unique needs. She finds fulfillment in building genuine connections with clients, empowering them to recognize their strengths, and witnessing their personal growth as they work toward their goals.
Outside of her professional life, Hanna enjoys spending quality time with her husband and watching her children grow. She values time outdoors, finds joy in gardening, and has a passion for building projects with her hands.
