Nancy DeLong, QBHS
Nancy DeLong holds a Master of Education (M.Ed.) from Kent State University, specializing as an Intervention Specialist for grades K-12 (Special Education). She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in English & Language Arts with a minor in Psychology. With over 40 years of experience in the field, she has worked extensively as a child development specialist, bringing a wealth of knowledge and skills to her practice.
Nancy thrives in her work, mainly enjoying working with middle-aged adults and senior citizens, where she focuses on identifying each individual's unique needs to provide the most effective support. Her passion for helping others is complemented by her ability to connect with clients, often using humor to create a welcoming environment. Her clients appreciate her silly side, as she has a knack for bringing joy and laughter into her sessions.
In her free time, Nancy enjoys swimming and floating peacefully on a raft, embracing the tranquility of the water. Nancy is married to the love of her life and is a proud mother of four adult children. She is also a grandmother to seven grandchildren. Her commitment to nurturing relationships, both personal and professional, reflects her dedication to Renewing Hope in the lives of those she serves.
